Our family was on the midst of an RV trip across the country and had experienced many problems with the RV rental (Cruise America - Note:  Do not rent from these people!).  The rental company would not help us out.  However, we came across Gag's and they took us right in and provided quick, friendly service.  We had about an hour and half wait and the salespeople who were not busy kept our kids preoccupied.  Refreshments were even provided at no charge.  Thank you Gag's for being a bright spot in the midst of an otherwise bad experience!  Covington, KY
