I tried to purchase this trailer and offered to come to any desired location with cash in exchange for the trailer, the owner refused and would only talk to me through the internet and refused to give me any further information on his location or telephone number. I felt this may be a scam, though it may not be I felt it wasnt worth the risk. SO be careful!!!
