This is my husbands favorite breakfast recipe
4 eggs
1/2 c.cheddar cheese or Swiss
green onions chopped
1 jar of artichoke hearts chopped
1 cooked potato
any desired meat: bacon, sausage or left over meat from dinner the
night before.
Brown your potato until golden crisp, then add the artichoke
they are pretty tasty if cooked until golden brown also, add the meat, eggs,
cheese, and onion you could save some fresh onion to top off you omelet or
if you scramble any way you desire.
