1 can of corned beef hash or roast beef hash
4 eggs
Put hash in skillet, flatten out to cover bottom. Fry until bottom
just starts to
brown, turn. Make 4 indentations in hash, put 1 egg in each depression.
Cover and cook until egg is done. I like the corned beef hash best. Great on
those cool mornings.
