I am selling my project trailer.
This sturdily built 8'W 8'Hx32'L former construction office, would make a great weekend lake escape, hunters paradise, fishing cabin on a lake, office for a used car lot, construction site, wharehouse living quarters...etc!?!? (for onsite security)
I purchased it for more than I am selling it for.
William Scotsman is selling these for between 4200.00 and 5000.00 (depending on the level of repairs needed).
I have removed the overhead rollup door in the rear, and replaced it with a non functioning full view door, and a window.
The area behind the factory inslalled partion (approx 16 ft.) accomodates a full size bed or a bunk bed, the water heater closet, and the comode, and shower. There is a 40 gallon hot water heater, and an elongated toilet.
There is a double bay kitchen sink, and a glass surface cooktop in the kitchen, with prep counter.
Large apt size refrigerator/freezer. The front area was my living/office area. and is 8x16
The heat air system is 220v and works well. there ar 2 windows in front and 2 in back.
I used all house materials (no special trailer stuff to buy), The trailer is fully plumbed with house materials.
I00 amp electric service (includes 220v)
Stairs come with it. There is a residential 36" front door (installed for wheelchair access)
The front area will acomodate a single day bed, with a trundle, accross the front, or will accomodate another bunk (for a hunters paradise...)
I lived in this trailer to do construction projects... it accomodates me, and all my tools... and I can power my tools out of it.
I have stands, and hook-ups for a trailer park.
I have installed over 1000.00 worth of improvements.
I have carpet for those who want it...( i don't use it)
I have done some of the interior, in old barnwood, like a rustic style cabin...
and the front room is painted half way down with wood for the wainscot
