Unlimited yearly access at two week intervals at Mountain Lakes Resort, Visit any other spectacular resorts nationwide twice a year.
Membership includes cabin, tent and rv access, while some spaces offer cable for a small fee.
Resort Ammenities include- General Store, Food/ice/cold beverages/sundries, Fishing equipment and bait, ATM, Lakeview Café and Pub, Flat Screen TV/ Fire Place/Ice Cream Window
Entertainment/Outside Patio, Family Pools, Adult Pool and spa, Miniature Golf, Shuffle Board, Basket Ball Court, Ball field, Open Meadow, Horseshoe Pits, Two Fishing Lakes,
Fish Cleaning Station, Paddle Boats, Lake Observation Deck, Wilderness Picnic Area, Comfort Stations, Laundry Facility, Family Center, Beach Shack, Playground, On site Member Services Department/ Internet Station, Dump and Air Station, Golf Cart Storage Area, Day Use Camping Areas, Fire Rings.
Resorts of Distinction can be kept as part of membership for $119 due at time of transfer. If it is not kept at the time of signing the cost will be $2500 if you choose to purchase at a later time. Resorts of distinction membership offers many ammenities which includ up to 50% discounts on hotels nationally and international and discounts at golf courses nationwide also. Resorts of Distiction also has a Condominium Travel club offering up to 50% on national and international condominium weekly rentals.
VERY IMPORTANT! Visit the resort as a "guest" of/and with the MEMBER directly selling their membership!
IF you have been to the resort in the last two years (24 months) as a guest of Mountain Lakes Company for their sales tour, you are NOT allowed to purchase the membership directly from a MEMBER~ you can only purchase a membership sold by the sales team at Mountain Lakes Company (at a higher cost) unless you wait for the 24 months to expire in order to buy from MEMBER selling their membership directly to a buyer.
Also, owner will pay half of transfer fees which are $300
