If you're looking at this ad, you probably know all about Four Wheel
Campers. They make one of the most desirable campers on the market -
lightweight, low profile, aeordynamic, high quality, and rare on the
east coast (they are made in CA). You can save gas with this baby!
This Grandby model, which is designed for a full-size long bed truck
(it can go in a short bed; That's how I have it set up), is a pop-up
style camper and weighs in at only 800 pounds. It can be seen at the
Four Wheel home page:
http://www.fourwheelcampers.com.
The base model Grandby is now $9,995. This one has a lot of extras,
too. I have the original invoice - it was $13,820 plus $1,200 for
delivery to NH and $395 in doc fees, for a grand total of $15,485.
That's in 2006. If you bought it today, new, it would be over $16,000
for the camper plus delivery. This one is MINT, in excellent condition,
including the pop top.
Please check out the Four Wheel website for basic details about the
camper and the company. Here are all the options on this camper (feel
free to price it out according to the 2008 sheet on their website):
