Selling our 1986 Prowler because we are upgrading. Trailer is in excellent, very clean condition, 28 feet, double axle, black tank, gray tank, ducted furnace, cold air, separate queen walk-around bedroom, electric (not gas) water heater with convenient on/off switch, electric ceiling vent fan in bath, tub/shower combo, flush toilet, double entry doors (one to private bedroom) jack-knife sofa, dinette, sleeps 6, no leaks, solid and super-nice. Includes vinyl tire covers and has had recent roof coating/bleaching. (to prevent leaks) Includes awning hardware, arms, etc but I never bought the fabric..you can have these items if you would like. Trailer is insulated for cold but has also been fully winterized every year as well. Trailer has sat most of it's life since new at a private lake estate, but we did take it out camping a few times last year and it's just a great trailer that looks like new on the inside. Tires have been kept covered with tire covers year round. You won't be disappointed, especially with the new electric water heater. Propane tanks might need to be updated with new fittings, but both are included with the solid plastic cover & hinged lid. Non-smoking, very clean trailer.
