The camper is currently stored out of the weather in my carport.
It is in "good used" condition, and has never been smoked in. We are selling to make way for an upgrade for our family. We bought this as a "starter" trailer to see if we liked it. WE LOVE IT!! There are a few imperfections here and there, but at almost 20 years old, those are pretty normal. There is NO WATER DAMAGE, and no toilet (although we will include a Port a potty and privacy tent with purchase). I check my email several times daily and will get back to you asap. Basic Information
