Slice potatoes in small cubes and fry over campfire. I use nature seasoning
which you can get at any grocery store and put on potatoes.
After potatoes are done add your choice of sausage. I use the ground. Cook
till sausage is done. Next add 5-6 eggs. Just break them
open and add to skillet. Mix together and cook till eggs are done. Then top
with your favorite cheese. I use American. Melt cheese and enjoy.
My husband and I were camping once and just fell into this by using
leftovers from night before. He called it breakfast that can't be beat.
Many of our family and friends started making this at home on the stove
also. It is a camping must for us.
